Actually, I tried my luck and just randomly selected a realtor’s office in Charlotte. We live in Florida. The initial contact person was very polite and efficient,. When my aging parents realized their home was not working for them anymore and thought about downsizing, I called Deborah for help finding a new home. She patiently took the time to find out everything that was important to them — and then we all realized that they didn’t really want to move at all! They just needed a living situation that worked for them. Luckily, she has special knowledge about senior matters and a roster of experts who specialize in helping seniors with any of their unique concerns. So with their help we were able to de-clutter the house and adapt it to the current needs of my parents and plan for future needs, like grab bars in the bathrooms and where a ramp would go if someone would be wheelchair bound. As a result, she didn’t end up selling my parents a new house, or selling the one they are still in. But we really appreciated the fact that she wanted to help us find the best solution, even if it meant she wouldn’t get a sale.
